Our products are completely handcrafted to order. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, minor variations in color, texture, shape, and size are natural and expected. By placing an order, you acknowledge that these unique characteristics are not considered product defects.

All purchases are made-to-order. Once an order is processed, production begins immediately. All sales are final. As stated in our Refund Policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

Riaur provides products on an "as-is" basis for personal use. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability to you for any product defect or dispute is limited to the exact purchase price paid for that item.
